The location, while not central, is conveniently situated near public transportation, allowing for easy access to all of Paris's key attractions. the peace and quiet of the neighborhood made for a serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. Although communication with the owner, Maxim, posed a slight challenge due to language barriers, his warmth and eagerness to assist were evident. One particular highlight was the delightful breakfast served in a separate room, featuring traditional French pastries and a selection of cheeses. the opportunity to engage in stimulating conversation with fellow guests added to the overall experience. While lacking some modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs and complimentary toiletries, Villa Des Iris compensates with its unique charm and attentive service. the peaceful garden area provided a lovely spot to unwind, further enhancing the value of the stay. For travelers seeking a tranquil respite away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, Villa Des Iris offers a compelling balance of comfort and affordability, making it a wise choice for those looking to explore Paris without breaking the bank.
